Post an RFQ
Create a Request for Quote with line items, quantities, and optional spec attachments (PDF or Excel). Set your preferred supplier countries and a closing due date, then publish.
Receive competitive quotes
Verified suppliers discover and quote your RFQ. Each quote covers all line items with pricing, lead times, and currency. You can also invite specific suppliers directly from the platform.
Compare and select by line item
Side-by-side comparison table shows all quotes. Currency normalization lets you compare across USD, EUR, GBP, and TRY. Select the best supplier per line item — split orders are fully supported.
Finalize and manage delivery
Finalizing awards opens a private deal room per supplier. Confirm terms, upload PO, track shipment and delivery milestones — all within SEARFQ. Full audit trail on every action.
