Premium Membership Terms

1. What is SEARFQ Premium

SEARFQ Premium is a digital premium membership service that unlocks enhanced features on the SEARFQ marketplace, including advanced RFQ discovery, saved filter presets, digest emails, bookmarks, and higher usage limits. The full feature set is described on the SEARFQ Billing page.

2. Digital Service Nature

SEARFQ Premium is a digital premium membership service. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing immediate access to a digital service.
• Access to premium features is activated after successful payment confirmation by our payment provider.
• The service is delivered electronically and is not a physical product.

3. Payment and Activation

• The price and currency applicable to your purchase are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm payment.
• Your premium membership becomes active after our payment provider confirms successful payment and our system processes the confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your premium access is activated.

4. No Auto-Renewal (Current Product)

The current SEARFQ Premium offering is a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription). Your premium access does not automatically renew. There is no auto-renewal charge.

5. Account-Linked Access

Premium membership is linked to your company account on SEARFQ. It is not transferable to another company or user. If your company account is terminated, premium access is also terminated.

6. Upgrades and Changes

We may update, add, or remove premium features at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes in advance.

8. Governing Law

These Premium Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Istanbul.
